All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of original artworks and the made-to-order process of prints, apparel, and merchandise, all sales are final. Please review the product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing components, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Apparel & Sizing
All apparel is made to order and cannot be returned for sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom artwork and commissions are non-refundable once production has started.
