“Urban Symphony” depicts a scene - quite literally - from a decayed, urban alleyway. Created completely on a hardwood backing, the texturing and application of paint mimics that of a brick building or a downtown skyscraper.
The scene is chaotic, accept for the one main character; a conductor. Surrounded by the symbols of urban culture and decay, he attempts to bring order.
This piece measures 36”w x 48”h, mounted to a 3-inch deep backing painted black.
