One of my favorite series of work is Dreamcatchers. Salvador Dali, Rene Magritte, Joan Miro, and M.C. Escher are all influences of this surreal style that encourages the viewer to lose themselves in a 4ft square canvas of surreal landscapes and imagery.
I bring together 80 - 100 images into a digital format, and create a surrealistic landscape, applying an engraving technique that pays homage to old world craftsmanship.
The artworks are purposely made black & white to allow the viewer to interpret the elements of earth, water, sky.
These are limited edition works, printed on high quality canvas, hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, and measure 48" x 48" (121.92cm x 121.92cm), with a 3" deep black border / backing.
They are hand-signed and numbered, shipped securely to the US and internationally, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
